Returns & Refunds
At Raqs, each piece is made with care, craft, and culture. We truly hope you love what you receive. But if something doesn’t feel right, we’re here to help.
To be eligible for a return:
You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery,the item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags intact.You must provide an unboxing video for damaged or incorrect product claims without any cuts and preopened package.
🔁 Returns
We currently accept returns only in the case of:
Defective item
Wrong product sent
Manufacturing defect
Please note:
We do not accept returns for size issues or color variation, as each piece is hand-crafted and may vary slightly due to lighting or print placement.
💸 Refunds
Approved returns will be eligible for store credit or exchange.
Refunds to the original payment method are only issued in rare cases of non-replaceable product damage or cancellation due to stock issues.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days after we receive the returned item.

Custom-stitched or altered pieces
Jewelry due to hygiene reasons(jewelry can be returned/exchanged only within 24 hours)
